The touches that make us Hilton Worldwide.
Our supply management professionals in our corporate offices and our six regional offices negotiate and implement contracts and agreements with suppliers of products and services in three key areas – Food & Beverage (F&B), Guest Rooms and Public Space, and Property Operations – with a commitment to social responsibility.
Food & Beverage
Hilton Supply Management works closely with national and regional food and beverage manufacturers to provide our properties with an extensive offering of both consumable products and supplies/equipment. F&B consumable programs include such items as dairy, bakery, produce, meat, poultry, seafood, grocery, and alcoholic beverages. Equipment and supplies include such items as china, glassware, flatware, linen, ovens, and dishwashers.
Guest Rooms and Public Spaces
Hilton Supply Management develops programs with suppliers who provide products and services for everything a property needs, from guest rooms to public spaces, as well as items for ongoing operations. These items include linens, terry, amenities, hair dryers, uniforms, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies, in addition to renovations, including Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) / Capital, such as carpeting, furniture, artwork, drapery, beds, and televisions.
Property Operations
To keep our hotels running smoothly, Hilton Supply Management teams up with suppliers offering products and services related to a property’s infrastructure. Specific areas include maintenance, repair and operating supplies (MRO), administrative office equipment, laundry/dishwashing equipment and chemicals, printing and promotional items, pest control services, office equipment and supplies, hotel utilities, and other related products and services.
Corporate Responsibility
The goal of Hilton Worldwide is to set the standard for sustainable purchasing and create a source of supplier performance and sustainability across all categories of hospitality products and services. We employ practices that measure natural resource use and maximize economic value by focusing on products and programs that not only delight our guests, but also protect the world we live in.
