Internship Programs
We offer undergraduate and graduate students around the world the unique opportunity to gain on-the-job experience. Our goal is to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Internship programs run on different schedules throughout the world and by property.
Our summer program in the U.S. is a full-time, 10-week program running from early June through mid-August. The majority of our U.S. corporate internship positions are at our Global Headquarters in McLean, VA. We also offer internships in our Memphis, TN, and Dallas, TX corporate offices. We have placed interns in departments such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Development, Design, Corporate Responsibility, Communications, and Legal.
In Europe and Asia Pacific, we provide a structured 6- to 12-month-long paid internship program with positions in Front of House, Food and Beverage, Revenue, HR, Conference and Events, and Sales and Finance departments across selected Hilton Worldwide properties and corporate offices in Europe.
Benefits
In addition to valuable exposure to the world of hospitality, undergraduate and graduate interns are paid according to market conditions. They also receive selected benefits including use of the Team Member Travel Program, various team member discounts, and use of the fitness center. We do not provide housing or a housing stipend.
